Q.1: What return policy do you have in place?
Only defective returns on Adult Novelties are accepted, within 7 days of purchase. You may exchange for the same item or another item of equal value. No returns/exchange on lingerie. All returns will be processed via store credit.

Yes, most of the products displayed on this website are in stock.
Q.3: How long will it take to receive my order and what about delivery?
Your order will be DISCREETLY delivered to you within 5 days. Once your order is placed, please note where you would like your purchase delivered. You will be contacted for delivery arrangements once your order is received. (Most items delivered next day) [No orders outside of Bermuda at this time]
Q.4: How long will a special order take?
In most cases a special order will take 2 weeks or less. (Depending on the availability and size of the order.)
